Kirloskar Integrated Technologies Limited (KITL) provides renewable energy products and solutions in the areas of tidal & marine energy, hydro energy, bio-energy, small wind, and solar energy. The focus is on providing end-to-end, decentralized and grid-connected, sustainable solutions that are environmentally friendly, economically viable, technically feasible and socially acceptable. The company was founded in 2006 and is based in Pune, India.

KITL is the licensee of the SeaUrchin and related technologies in India and neighbouring countries, Africa and ASEAN.

China
Elemental Energy Technologies (China) Ltd (EET China), a company in which EET does not have an ownership interest, has been granted an exclusive licence to manufacture and distribute the SeaUrchin in China (including Hong Kong and Macau) and Taiwan. The principal of EET China is Mr Larry Luo who is also a top 10 shareholder in EET and a non-executive director of the company.

Japan and Micronesia
EET JapanLLC, a company in which EET has a 10% ownership interest, has been granted the exclusive licence to manufacture and distribute the SeaUrchin in Japan and Micronesia. Mr Ken Burnett, a non-executive director of EET, is a top 10 shareholder in the company and has an interest in EET Japan but does not participate in day-to-day activities. The principals of EET Japan are Shozo Minagawa and Hisashi Nagase.

Korea
EET Korea has been granted the exclusive license to manufacture and distribute the SeaUrchin in Korea.

The Principal of EET Korea is Mr H.Y. Chong.
